About the puppies
The 4 cute little Viringo (Peruvian hairless dogs) puppies were born on June 22, 2006 (for more information about the race please click here). All puppies are very playful and friendly and are looking for a new friendly owner, who treats them well. All puppies are hairless except for one and are vaccinated and dewormed.
About the parents
The parents are Snoopy and Chica, who both came from Peru to Germany in late Summer 2004. Chica and Snoopy are friendly and trustingly. Snoopy (male) likes to explore its environment, is friendly, and very patient. Chica (female) is observant and very attentive. Both really liked to be pet.Viringos are usually categorized into three major classes according to their height and weight:
Small : from 25 to 40 cm (4 to 8 kg),
Medium : from 40 to 50 cm (8 to 12 kg),
Large : from 50 to 65 cm (12 to 25 kg).
How to treat Viringos
Viringos are very easy going dogs, which require not a lot of special treatment. Due to their lack of hair, there are no problems with dog-hair being on furniture and floors. Thus, persons with slight allergies should have no problems with Viringos.
However, Viringos perfer the warmth due to their lack of hair. This is especially true during the winter, and cold and wet days. In this case, we recommend to have the dogs wear waterproof and warming dog-sweater when walking them. Yet, even on regular days Chica and Snoopy like to be covered completely with a blanket while sleeping.
Viringos are athlectic and slim dogs, who love running. They hence should get plenty opportunities for running. According to our experience, it is often no problem to have Viringos off the leash because they are not aggressive. At the same time they are critical towards strangers. Viringos are very intelligent and easy to train.
Viringos are very friendly dogs who show a lot of affection and also would like to get a lot of affection. Especially Snoopy loves to be pet and enjoys cuddeling.

Viringos are classified according to their weight and size:
Small : from 25 to 40 cm (4 to 8 kg),
Medium: from 40 to 50 cm (8 to 12 kg),
Large : from 50 to 65 cm (12 to 25 kg).
The parents are intermediate sized Viringos.
